Rosemary Herbal Bath


1/4 cup dried, crumbled sage
1/4 cup dried, crumbled rosemary
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
2 tablespoons of dried parsley
2 tablespoons of coarse bath crystals

Grind or thoroughly mix the ingredients together and secure in a muslin or cheesecloth bag, and tie so that your "tea bag" hangs directly beneath your flowing bath tap. Fill your bath with warm water that steeps these herbs designed to relieve mental fatigue (rosemary), treat loss of concentration (sage), soften water (oatmeal), stimulate the body (parsley), and alleviate light-headedness (salt).


Tropical Oasis


2 cups of coconut milk
3 drops each of tangerine and ylang ylang

Freshly picked flowers of your choice
Combine oils with milk and add to bath water. Add flowers, hop in and indulge your senses.


Vanilla Rose


4 vanilla pod seeds
2 handfuls of rose petals

Place vanilla into the bath and scatter petals across the surface. Indulge!


Oat and Brown Sugar Scrub


2 Tbsp. ground oats
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. aloe Vera
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients in a clean bowl until you have a smooth paste. Gently massage onto damp skin, and rinse off with warm water. You can triple the recipe for a fantastic smoothing body treatment.
Ground Oats: use rolled oats and a clean coffee grinder or blender to grind the flakes to a fine powder.
